Talking about the Roxy cruisers I have to say they are really funny and confortable to ride the cities!!!! A little video and a picture with the amazing roxy cruiser I got last week!!!!

The Bilbao girl was proclaimed world champion after a thrilling final in the Azores.
Sunday, November 27th saw the Championship final for the Women's World Bodyboard title in which Eunate won for the first time, defeating the Brazilian Isabella Sousa. After many years of effort and sacrifice in the high competition she finally broke the curse of eternal second.
Eunate Aguirre started bodyboaring at the young age of eleven years while playing with friends on the beach. In 1995, she entered into competitions for the first time in a rising interclubs. She took second place, thus kicking off the beginning of this bodyboarder’s unstoppable career.
Since then Eunate hasn’t stopped taking international titles, twice European Junior Champion 1998-1999 and 1999-2000. Europe became her launch pad and she is now looking at the next step: the world circuit.
Besides a tight competition schedule, some of my ROXY teammates and I have been able to film for an all women snowboard movie last winter... Conny and Sophie from Lipstick Productions did a great job making this film possible. Although my part from minute `26:30 is quite emotional and shows the "dark" side of this sport, I hope you are having fun watching it! Because snowboarding is fun....a looot of fun! Aline
With last year's event being super fun and a great success there was no doubt that Ladies Skateboard Series UK was going to happen again in 2011. Last weekend saw the final take place in Aberdeen, Scotland. Check out below what happened at each event...
Stage 1: 'The Phoenix Night Comp' Manchester - September 24th
Cupcakes, Nail Art and Skateboarding!! This contest set the standard for the whole series and showed just how much the level of skateboarding in the UK continues to push higher and higher.
Another great turn out and a fun contest at the fab facilitiy Transistion Extreme - who very generously let us have the park for free on saturday. Brilliant standard of skateboardind was again exhibited at the contest along with an art exhibiton, skate lessons and an art workshop. Julia came over from Austria and impresssed the judges with her pop and array of tricks to take the top spot, Helena Long coming 2nd and Lois Pendlebury 3rd.

So I headed out to Hintertux on Monday and linked up with Mark Ruparelia, Henry Jackson and Cheryl Maas!
The weather was not so good in Tux, so Cheryl and I bailed to Dachstein to ride the sick set up there!

Semi’s went down yesterday morning and I qualified through to the 4 women super finals with Cheryl Maas, Sarka Pancochova and Cilka Sadar.
In the finals I put a run down of a cab underflip 5, a backside 3 and a backside rodeo 5 to a switch boardslide over the rainbow.

I finished up in 1st place, so stoked my 1st TTR win, all the girls on the Podium.
What a great weekend start to the winter season for the Roxy Snow Team! Aimee Fuller the UK Roxy ripper rode her way to a well deserved 1st place in the 9th annual TTR 4* Pleasure Jam slopestyle contest. Aimee had been riding really well throughout the training with a cab 540 underflip to backside 720 to heelside Rodeo combination that was impressing everyone. Aimee stuck to her run and came out on top, infront of Cilka Sadar and Sarka Pankochova. Great job Aimee!
Aimee will head to the US with the other Roxy riders very soon to get some more training in there before the next competition.

Well the leaves are either all on the ground already or are getting ready to drop off the trees, and the first snow falls have fallen accross the mountains in Europe. A few weeks ago we got the new season off to a great start on the Roxy Future Team Camp in Saas Fee where 14 girls from 8 different countries got together to get their legs ready for the season kick off.
