awesome week in Austria!

Hey everyone,

I had a pretty good week skiing. First powder, then an awesome day in Hintertux jumping the medium line and getting back into the game, and today I went jibbing with friends. We went to the mini shred park at the Kaunertal glacier which was awesome fun. 

And how it is always with having fun....nobody wants to film or anything. So all I got are some shots with my iphone from today!

JUST POW. After some more surf days in Hossegor/France, travelling for almost 5 months, I finally arrived at home in Innsbruck. I was so surprised when I woke up last week, seeing the first snowflakes coming all the way down to Innsbruck city. There is nothing better than a powder day with friends....especially in october!!! We are here in Saas Fee for the Roxy future team camp. Having an awesome time here hanging out with all the girls. We have had two really good days on snow and two not so good days of bad weather one of which we spent photoshooting and skating.

Today we were not so lucky with the weather in the morning and there was a delay of the lift opening, Basa and myself found a pair of freebee ski’s so we decided to go skiing and dedicated this movie to Lena Stoffel.

News from Peru... ISA World Surfing Games.. Opening ceremony with Sofia...!!

Peru Welcomes Nations to the  ISA World Surfing Games
Punta Hermosa, Peru

The International Surfing Association welcomed more than 30 nations to the  ISA World Surfing Games  in Lima, Peru. The official program started with a press conference hosted by a panel of participants and organizers at the magnificent Municipalidad de Lima in the heart of the city today.

Peru’s Sofía Mulanovich, 2004 ISA gold medalist and ASP World Champion, ranked 3rd in the world, Gabriel Villarán, a bronze medalist of last year’s edition of the event, and Antoine Delpero, defending World Champion were the surfing stars leading the press conference. They all spoke of Peru’s rich surf heritage, and the excitement they felt competing in such a prestigious event. Attending along side them was the President of the ISA, and the President of the Peruvian Surfing Federation.

“It’s an honor to have an event of this magnitude in Peru and more even at Punta Hermosa, my home break”, commented Sofía Mulanovich, the 2004 ISA and ASP World Champion. “I hope we can have a good time and hope Peru can win the title.”
