On February 23rd 2012, we set out on a life-changing adventure to find 3 of the most deserving girls from around the world to live the dream of a Roxy girl!

On May 17th 75 finalists from Around the World have been announced and will be given their finalist video challenge!
Here’s how it breaks down: 25 finalists from each region: Americas, Asian-Pacific, and Europe/Africa/Middle-East will be given their finalist video challenge, on June 1st their submissions will be open to fan voting, the top 10 entries with the most votes for each region will be reviewed by Roxy, and 1 winner from each winner will be announced on June 19th!

After 3 solid ASP wins this season, Sally Fitzgibbons’s off-season training and hard work are in her favor, and she is stronger than ever.
Still coming off a win at Bells Beach, Sally came in fired up for the event full of energy and a solid mindset. In the final round against Coco Ho, the waves were meager and difficult to pull off a high score, but Sally took over with a solid 7.93 with just a few minutes remaining.
Roxy team surfer Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS), 21, has claimed the fifth stop on the 2012 ASP Women’s World Championship Tour series, the Billabong Rio Pro, over Coco Ho (HAW), 21, following today’s hard-fought Final.
The young Australian’s victory this afternoon significantly closes the gap between her and current frontrunner Stephanie Gilmore (AUS), 24, in the hunt for the 2012 ASP Women’s World Title heading into the final two events of the season.
Fitzgibbons came from behind to secure a narrow victory defeating Ho with 14.10 to 14.03 (both out of 20.00). Fitzgibbon’s result marks her second victory on the ASP Women’s World Tour this season after clinching victory at the Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach at Easter.
The next event will happen from July 10 to 14 in Biarritz, at the Roxy Pro.

Longboard icon and Roxy team rider Kassia Meador floats serenely across the majestic waves captured by the lense of world renound filmmaker Sonny Miller. In Short 2 REFLECTIONS of Bruce Mullers FREQUENCIES. The visual meditation is the second of four shorts teasing the release this fall of Frequencies, an experimental documentary and visual essay by Muller shot at prime surfing destinations across Southern California. Starring Meador and with an original score from Los Angeles-based psyche-pop trio E.S.P, Frequencies aims to explore how man can find synergy with nature’s cycles. “Their are so many different frequencies all around us at all times: ocean waves, sound waves, light waves, infrared and many others outside our range, but all have an effect on us,” explains professional surfer and passionate photographer Meador. “There are many parallels we can connect between surfing and navigating life.” Having previously made the music video for Warpaint’s single “Elephant”, Florida-native Muller combined his love of surfing and the fantastical films of Ridley Scott, Andrei Tarkovsky and Akira Kurosawa in the upcoming feature. “We exist in a world that is vast and dynamic,” he says. “We’re using surfing as a medium to explore how we harness these energies and the effects they have on us.
It's getting close to a season end here in Norway. Spring is here with its beauty and the weather is getting warmer and warmer. Im actually looking forward to a new season starting: wakeboarding! I love to ride the cable park which is pretty much like riding the snow park, with rails, jumps, boxes etc. Here is a picture from the cable park Im riding the most, Norsjø. Its aproximately 1hour driving distance from Oslo. :)
